No lie, I completely forgot that I recorded this track. I got a message from the person who uploaded it on to youtube today asking me if it was cool that he did so. I thought that was very courteous of him.
Not only did I tell him it was okay, but I told him that he made my day by reminding me that this track even existed.
I was so inspired that at that exact moment, I made a firm decision to plan and shoot a nice little visual for “I’m In Hong Kong”.. in Hong Kong.
Only problem now is, I don’t even have the full mp3 version of this track myself.
At worst, I’ll shoot the video to this uploaded version.. but if anyone happens to have this track, I’ll take it.
I was checking out various youtube clips of a new artist and came across this comment. Who wrote the comment and the artist it’s being written about isn’t that important.
I couldn’t help but be struck by what I was reading.

I’m a few days late but this just occurred to me.
This is totally by coincidence.
The day that I impulsively (1million xs sorry to the team in the LA office who puts so much time and effort into the development of the site) switched AyoJin.com back over to a more simple wordpress blog layout, just so happens to mark the 6 year anniversary of the release of my Ruff Ryders debut, The Rest Is History.
